💳 Booking & Payments

• Party Bus & Boat: 40% deposit required to book. Remaining balance will be collected the day of the trip and additional $300 security deposit will be  preauthorized and used if any damage was done to the units.

• Security deposits are charged if damages or excessive cleaning is required.

• No guest may board unless full payment has been received.

• Gas surcharge: $150 for bus trips over 35 miles (one way).

• Rescheduling fee: $50.

❌ Cancellations & Weather

• 30+ days notice = full refund of deposit.

• Less than 30 days = no refund.

• Boat only: If cancelled by Waves due to unsafe weather, you’ll receive a refund or future credit. Note: rain ≠ cancellation unless deemed unsafe by captain.

👥 Capacity & Safety

• Boat: Max 10 passengers (including children/infants).

• Bus: All passengers must remain behind driver while in motion; standing may cause injury.

• All must follow captain/driver/staff instructions.

• Life jackets provided on boat (required during some activities or on request).

• Use party pole safely.

🍻 Alcohol & Conduct

• BYOB allowed (no glass bottles on boat).

• Guests may bring beverages on bus but no open containers may be carried on/off.

• 🚫 No tobacco, illegal drugs, or underage drinking.

• 🚫 No kegs, barrels of beer, food, guns, or knives on bus.

• Disorderly conduct, excessive intoxication, or failure to comply with rules/staff may result in early termination with no refund.

🌊 Water Activities (Boat Only)

• Swimming, tubing, and water sports are at your own risk.

• 🚫 No diving/jumping while vessel is in motion.

• Captain decides if activities are safe based on weather/tides.

💰 Damages & Cleaning Fees

• You are responsible for damages or excessive cleaning.

• Deposit may be applied to costs; if damages exceed deposit, customer is responsible for the balance.

• Examples: broken windows, broken televisions, seat/fixture damage, spills, burns, damaged electronics, excessive wear.

• Automatic fees:

  • Vomit = $200

  • Excessive mess = $300

⚖️ Liability Waiver

• Participation in bus or boat activities is at your own risk.

• Risks include slips, falls, collisions, weather hazards, water-related risks (boat), or injury from standing (bus).

• You waive and release Waves Party Bus & Boat, T-N-T Transportation LLC, captain, crew, drivers, and affiliates from any claims, injuries, or damages.

• You are responsible for your own actions, including alcohol consumption and recreational activities.

• You confirm you have no medical/physical condition impairing your safety.

📸 Photo & Video Release

Photos/videos may be used for promotional purposes unless you provide written notice in advance.

By booking or signing, you confirm:

• You are 18+ (or guardian of any minors).

• You have read and understand all terms.

• You accept full responsibility for your party.

• Violating these terms may end your trip without refund.
